N K Y Chamber launches new brand — a brand for the region; share your story at #NKYBecause

The Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce launched its new brand at their annual dinner Thursday evening.

“This is not just a brand for the Chamber, but a brand for the region — it is a brand that we can all use and adopt,” explained NKY Chamber President/CEO, Trey Grayson.

“We are reinventing who we are not just at the Chamber but throughout Northern Kentucky.”

Developed by BLDG, a boutique firm in Covington, the rebranding doesn’t just include a new logo for the Chamber but endorsement logos that businesses throughout NKY can use and adopt. Displaying the NKY endorsement tag celebrates our region and creates a badge of unity for all Northern Kentuckians to rally behind.

“NKY is vibrant and has a lot of rhythm – businesses and organizations want to celebrate that. We want to celebrate that!” commented Jay Becker, partner at BLDG. “How do we look at NKY as its own piece of the puzzle? What is the next story for the Chamber and our region? Why NKY?”

The letter “Y” in the new logo is always a different color than the other two letters – to emphasize the question: “Why Northern Kentucky?” or “Why NKY?”

Different answers starting with “Because…” will pop up throughout the region this fall.

The Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce wants to empower all Northern Kentuckians to tell their own story – What is your because? #NKYBecause.
