Northern Kentucky Forum to present conversation with CVG’s Candace McGraw for breakfast Sept. 6

The Northern Kentucky Forum’s discussion of public affairs has dealt with topics ranging from the heroin epidemic to the influence of third parties in modern political campaigns.

The Forum has looked at the structure of local government, at the value of public service, at upcoming issues facing the Kentucky General Assembly, at early childhood education, at KERA, at health care, at the Brent Spence Bridge. The list goes on!

The Forum has become an important regional institution for civic, civil dialogue.

The next Forum is on Wednesday, Sept. 6, at 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. and will give participants a change to engage with CVG’s CEO Candace McGraw.

Coffee will be served along with bagels.

When the Forum last hosted CEO McGraw, CVG was struggling somewhat – but she and her team already had plans for turning things around. Now, that’s happened.

No less of an expert voice than the Wall Street Journal recently published a story, “How Cincinnati’s Airport Turned Delta Cutback Into Economic Win.”

CEO McGraw will talk about that and about CVG’s next phases.

Come. Bring a friend. It’s free. Parking is free. The Forum will be at the airport’s offices: CVG Centre, 77 Comair Blvd., Erlanger.

The Forum is presented by the Northern Kentucky University’s Scripps Howard Center for Civic Engagement.

Easy RSVP to eventbrite.
