Vandals damaged one of the Memorial Walls at the Northern Kentucky Police Memorial Tuesday night.
The memorial is located at the foot of the Roebling Suspension Bridge in Covington. It appears the memorial was damaged overnight Tuesday and discovered early Wednesday morning.

According to the memorial Facebook page, the site is dedicated to the men and women of the Northern Kentucky region that have made the ultimate sacrifice in the service of their communities. The Northern Kentucky Police Memorial is described as a fitting tribute to those men and women.
Each year the Northern Kentucky Police Chiefs Association hold a memorial service in May to honor the fallen.
Those with information about the incident are asked to contact the Covington Police Department at 859.356.3191
I’ll bet it was storm damage and not vandals at all. That joint doesn’t look secure to me.
