Christ Hospital Health Network to expand care for women in NKY with new Southgate location

The Christ Hospital Health Network will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its new 4,551 square-foot space for women’s services on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at 525 Alexandria Pike in Southgate. The new location will be open for patient care starting on Monday, March 16.

The new location will expand OB/GYN care for patients in Northern Kentucky and be home to five providers and 13 additional team members. The new location comes after The Christ Hospital Health Network acquired a group of five OB/GYN Physicians to expand care for women across the region. Team members from this new group will staff Southgate offices and the recently opened Eastgate, Ohio location.

“We are excited to continue our expansion of care to our patients and community of Northern Kentucky,” said Debbie Hayes, President and CEO of The Christ Hospital Health Network. “Our patients continue to ask for award-winning care closer to where they live and by strengthening their access to our talented team of clinicians, we’re providing exceptional experiences all in an affordable way. These physicians are outstanding providers of women’s healthcare, and we believe that having them as part of our team will strengthen our abilities to improve the health of our community.”

The five physicians who will be serving in the new Southgate office include, Michelle Federer, DO, Neha Jeirath, MD, Amanda Lynn, DO, Abigail Holbrook, DO and Katherine Williamson, DO, who were acquired from Mercy Health earlier this year and have long served families in the Anderson and Eastgate communities.

“Our team of providers are thrilled to be a part of the award-winning women’s service line at The Christ Hospital Health Network,” said Dr. Jeirath. “This new location will allow our team to reach more patients including in the underserved community of Northern Kentucky and shows our commitment to do everything it takes for women seeking better outcomes for high-quality care.”

The opening of the Southgate offices comes after previous announcements of a $49 million medical office building in Cold Spring partially opening later in 2026 and a new $16 million ambulatory outpatient center in Union opening in 2027.
