The NKY Chamber’s Northern Kentucky Young Professionals (NKYP) will host Perfetti Van Melle Americas Chief Financial Officer Shannon Bobbert as the featured speaker for its upcoming Lunchtime Leader Chat from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday, April 16, at Perfetti Van Melle’s headquarters on Van Melle Lane in Florence.
The Lunchtime Leader Chat series provides an exclusive opportunity for professionals to connect with regional community and business leaders as they share professional development tips, lessons learned, industry insights, and personal mantras.
“We look forward to hearing from Shannon, an impactful leader at a company that is making incredible contributions to our region,” said Kyle Frizzell, NKY Chamber Director of Events and NKYP. “With over two decades of experience at several of our region’s major employers, Shannon will share some of the proven advice and guidance she has acquired throughout her career that attendees can carry forth into their professional lives. While this is an NKYP event, professionals of all ages and career stages are welcome to attend.”
Bobbert joined Perfetti Van Melle Americas in 2018 as Senior Director of North America Financial Planning & Analysis, before being named CFO in 2023. She leads the company’s finance, accounting, legal, regulatory and IT across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Latin America. Prior to her role at Perfetti Van Melle, Bobbert spent over 15 years with Procter & Gamble, where she held several leadership roles.
Bobbert is an active volunteer, serving on the board of United Way Warren County, and also serving as President of The Institute of Internal Auditors Cincinnati.
The NKYP Lunchtime Leader Chat will include networking opportunities for attendees, and lunch will be provided. Registration is $30 for NKYP members, $35 for NKY Chamber members and $45 for future members and walk-ins. NKYP Event Pass holders are admitted for free.
