Housing Authority of Covington improvements at Latonia Terrace
The Housing Authority of Covington (HAC) continues to build Better Futures for residents through significant investments in its housing communities. As part of this effort, HAC has invested $3,295,418.53 in improvements at Latonia Terrace, including the installation of brand-new energy-efficient windows and two new air conditioning units in each of the 235 units.
These upgrades were made to enhance comfort, energy efficiency, and overall quality of life for residents. The new windows provide improved insulation, increased natural light, and greater energy performance, while the addition of two air conditioning units helps ensure a comfortable indoor environment during the warmer months.
The investment at Latonia Terrace reflects HAC’s ongoing commitment to preserving and modernizing affordable housing while creating safer, healthier, and more comfortable homes for residents. The $3.29 million investment demonstrates HAC’s dedication to maintaining its properties, enhancing resident comfort, and ensuring that its communities remain strong for years to come.
HAC remains focused on making strategic improvements throughout its communities to create better living environments, strengthen neighborhoods, and advance its mission of Better Futures for residents across Covington.
Publix Super Markets opens at Cold Spring
The new Publix Super Market located at 5401 Alexandria Pike is now open in Cold Spring.
