Baker Hunt’s outdoor music series to return June 26 thanks to support from R.C. Durr Foundation

Baker Hunt Art and Cultural Center will again offer its family-friendly outdoor concerts this summer, thanks to a donation from the R.C. Durr Foundation.

The concert events will also include art exchanges, community-engaged art projects, art shows, and more. More information and complete event details including registration, is available at bakerhunt.org. Registration is not required, but encouraged to aid in event planning. Additional information and updates will be posted on Baker Hunt’s Facebook and Instagram.

These concerts are free and open to the public and leashed dogs are welcome. Lawn chairs or picnic blankets are encouraged, as there will be a limited amount of chairs available

Outside alcohol is prohibited, however, food is allowed. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and snacks will be available for purchase during the events.

The 2026 lineup includes:

June 26, 6 p.m.: The Last Troubodour

Enjoy live music, an art show inspired by the Baker Hunt Beech Tree, an art exchange where you can swap art supplies and books, and activities for the kiddos.

July 24, 7 p.m.: Henry & Company, with guest Stu Lax

Live music, a community art show inspired by and using playing cards (apply to the show on the website), a photography project involving the community called “People of Baker Hunt” ( a chance to get your photo taken and record your story), and activities for the kids!

August 7, 6 p.m.: Two Acts: Sarah Asher and Johnathon Cox

Live music by two separate acts, a community-engaged art project, an art show of our summer camp students’ work, and activities for the kids.
