The Florence Aquatic Center is inviting residents to join in the fun as the center plays host to two community events.
On Saturday, The City of Florence is inviting the community to cool off and celebrate the holiday season early during Christmas in July at the aquatic center. The festive event combines summer fun with the spirit of giving by supporting Go Pantry, an organization dedicated to helping local children and families facing food insecurity.
Guests can enjoy a day at the pool while making a meaningful impact in the community. Admission is $5 per person or three canned food items per person, with all food donations benefiting Go Pantry.
Whether guests choose to pay admission or bring food donations, every contribution will help stock Go Pantry’s shelves and provide meals to local students and families throughout the year.
On Monday, July 27 aquatic center will offer an evening of swimming and entertainment during its Dive-In Movie Night Double Feature.
Guests can enjoy two featured films while cooling off in the pool at one of Northern Kentucky’s premier aquatic facilities.
The movie lineup includes:
• 4 p.m. – Lilo & Stitch (PG)
• 8 p.m. – Twisters (PG-13)
The Dive-In Movie Night Double Feature offers entertainment for all ages, featuring an afternoon family favorite followed by an evening action packed adventure. Whether guests attend one movie or stay for both, the event promises a fun filled summer experience.
Admission is free for Florence Aquatic Center members and $5 for non-members. Guests are encouraged to arrive early and enjoy a full day of swimming, family fun, and entertainment.
