Diabetes educators from the Northern Kentucky Diabetes Coalition will be participating in supermarket tours to provide real-time nutrition information to those with or at risk for diabetes. The tours are scheduled for:
· Cold Spring: 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 21, at the Meijer located at 5400 Alexandria Pike, Cold Spring
· Florence: 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 28, at the Meijer located at 4990 Houston Road, Florence

Participants should meet in the café area near the produce department.
Participants will get personalized tips for healthy shopping, learn to read labels and learn how carbohydrate counting can be incorporated into grocery shopping. Plus, all participants will receive a reusable shopping bag with information about diabetes.
