Aaden James Neace, 10, and his younger brother, Ryker M. Haggard-Neace, 5, passed away together on Tuesday, April 28, 2026. Though their time here was far too short, the memories they created and the love they shared with family, friends, classmates and neighbors, will remain forever treasured.

Aaden, affectionately known as “Bub” and “little fella,” was a vibrant boy with a heart as big as his imagination. He was a student at Lincoln Elementary, where was involved in the chess club, board game club, and 5th grade “man’s club.” Aaden loved chess and was endlessly creative. He enjoyed drawing Pokémon and even began selling his artwork to neighbors, proudly working toward his dream of becoming a millionaire someday.

He was fascinated by anything that flew and especially loved visiting the Air Force Museum and taking pictures. Aaden found joy in Sonic the Hedgehog, Mario, Minecraft, and Dog Man books. He rarely entered or left a room without dancing and was always ready with a joke, a prank, or his signature line: “Wanna see a cool trick?” Though he loved his joke books, it was his natural humor and playful spirit that made others laugh the most. Aaden was a hugger who was deeply sensitive and caring always looking out for his younger brother.

Together, Aaden and Ryker were inseparable. They shared a secret handshake, a love for shows like Kindly Keyin and Minions, and a joyful, chaotic energy that filled their home. They loved being “destructive” as a team, but never toward each other. Their family hopes people remember just how much they loved others. Their light will live on in every joke told, every song sung, every game played, and every hug shared.

Aaden and Ryker were reunited with their maternal great-grandparents, James and Patricia Bogart and paternal great-grandparents, Roger, Sr. and Martha Neace.

They were deeply loved by their mother, Sarah Neace; father, Matthew Haggard; sister, Aaliyah Horton; grandparents: Pam (Chris) Bryant, Roger Neace, Jr., Regina Gray and Todd Haggard; Uncle, Jeremy (Amiee) Neace; cousin, Eloise Neace; as well as many other family members and friends.

A service of love and remembrance will be held for the boys privately, at the convenience of their family.
