Allie F. Hale, 89 of Covington, passed away peacefully on April 29, 2026. She was born in Scott County, KY to Lester and Blanche Dragoo, but lived most of her life in Ft. Thomas.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas W. Hale; brother, David Dragoo; father, Lester Dragoo; mother, Blanche Dragoo; adopted mother, Frances Tyanne Katenbrink; and infant granddaughter, Ann Marie.

She is survived by her children, David (Terri) Miller and Sue Ann (Scott) Foster; grandchildren, Alexa (Greg) Bell, Kelly (Steve) Gray, and Griffin Foster; her first husband, Edward Miller; sister in law, Linda Miller; friend, Patricia Burns; great-grandchildren, Mason, Brynn, Avery, Halle, Daniel, Bryson, and another great-grandson expected soon; and her precious cat, Sugar Pie.

Celebration of Life will be set at a later date.
