Obituaries

Amanda “Amy” Sheryl Warth, 52, of Hebron, KY passed away on Monday morning, October 19th, 2026.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Harry William Kelley and Olivia “Libby” Mae Kelley; and her maternal grandfather, Kenneth Wayne Smith.

She is survived by her maternal grandmother, Evelyn Ruth Smith; her parents, Terry Lee Kelley and Bonita Sue (Smith) Kelley; her brother, Terry Andrew “Andy” Kelley (Jodi) and their two children, Zachary Andrew Kelley and Ava Rose Kelley. She is also survived by her husband, John Evan Warth; and their three children, Luke Andrew Warth (Emma), Elisabeth “Libby” Grace Warth, and Logan Matthew Warth.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th, from 1-4pm at First Baptist Church, 4410 Alexandria Pike, Cold Spring, KY with the funeral service immediately following.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to Alexandria Funeral Home to help offset funeral expenses for Amy's family.
