Amy Sue Deaton, 47, of Cincinnati, Ohio, peacefully passed away on November 8, 2025, surrounded by her family. She was born on March 1, 1978, to her parents, Frank and Maxine Masur
Amy was a devoted wife and mother who loved playing Monopoly Go and visiting the casino. She is survived by her husband, Scottie; daughters, Hannah (Joshua) Nixon, Sarah Jobe, Rachael Frye, Rebecca Deaton, and Abigail Deaton; sons, Anthony (Samantha) Jobe, Michael Jobe, Matthew Jobe, Timothy Jobe, and Elijah Deaton; her brother, Frankie Masur; sister, Jennifer Schnieder; and her father- and mother-in-law, Billy and Marie Deaton. She also leaves behind five cherished grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Freda Masur.
A visitation will be held at Latonia Christian Church, 3900 Decoursey Avenue, Covington, KY 41015, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Saturday November 15, 2025 The funeral service will begin at 6:00 PM after the visitation.
