Obituary For Beulah Raleigh

Beulah Mae Raleigh (Turner) of Southgate, Age 90 went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, December 24, 2025 peacefully surrounded by her loving family.

She was born April 17, 1935 in Breathitt County, Kentucky to Jake & Bell Turner.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband Vergil Raleigh, Sisters Frances Lenahan, Susie Sebastian, Wilma Harper, Irene Baker, Jean Williams, Barbara Shields, and Brothers Garfield Turner, Garland Ray Turner and Rickie Raleigh.

She is survived by her 2 daughters Kimberly (Jeffrey) Lipscomb and Michelle Oehler. Nanny to her three Granddaughters; Bethanne Lipscomb (Tim Herms), Heather (Joey) Young, and Payge Lipscomb (Brad Rolf) ,She had 1 great-grandson, Cayden Jeffrey Deweese who she adored.

She will be missed by her two sisters Helen Turner and Lena (Tom) Bruce.

She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and her dear sister in laws Anna Rose Raleigh, Susan Turner, and Sue Raleigh.

Beulah loved plants and had a beautiful deck full of them every spring. She cared for them in her basement all Winter long until Joey could bring them out every Spring.

Her sister Helen helped her keep them alive, watering them on a set schedule.

Besides her plants, Beulah loved watching the Cincinnati Reds and Kentucky Wildcat basketball.

Beulah loved the Lord and was a witness for him till the day before she left this earth, handing out John 3:16 magnets to everyone she could.

For God so Loved the World He gave his only begotten Son that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life, John 3:16.

Public Visitation and services will be held at Living Hope Baptist Church at 1080 Highland Ave. Fort Thomas, KY on December 30, 2025. Visitation will begin at 11:30 am and continue until 1:30 pm. Funeral services will begin at 1:30 pm and be followed immediately by burial at Floral Hills Cemetery.
