Billy D. Wilson, 73 years of age, of Elsmere, KY entered into rest on Thursday, June 8, 2023. Billy was born in Somerset, KY to the late Hubert and Jewell Wilson. He is also preceded in death by his sister, Anna Meece and nephew, Darryl Meece. Billy leaves behind his loving wife of 53 years, Becky Wilson; his beloved daughter, Cindy Wilson; dear sister, Jennell Burton; niece, Judy Loy and nephew, Kenny Burton; as well as several great nieces and nephews and cousins all of whom he loved dearly. Billy worked for over 40 years as a Model Engineer at NuTone. He was a man of great faith and served many years as a Deacon at First Baptist Church in Cold Spring, KY. He also enjoyed teaching Sunday School where he taught there for many years. Billy was an avid woodworker and loved to fish. He will be greatly missed. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 from 10:30 a.m. until the time of service at 12:30 p.m. at First Baptist Church, 4410 Alexandria Pike, Cold Spring, KY 41076. Burial will immediately follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Erlanger, KY. In Lieu of flowers memorial donations are suggested to the First Baptist Church of Cold Spring Building Fund, 4410 Alexandria Pike, Cold Spring, KY 41076.
