Obituary For Bobby Wayne Mains
Bobby Wayne “Wayne” Mains, 72, of Covington, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, May 20, 2026.
He was preceded in death by his parents Shirley A. and Robert W. Mains and his brother Timothy Mains.
He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Lynn Combs (John W. Combs III); his son, Justin Wayne Mains; his grandchildren, John W. Combs IV, Autumn Olivia Mains, Aniya Alyssa Mains, and Alannah Rose Brown; his younger sisters, Sally Ann Hodges and Linda Gail Deaton; his youngest brother, Dennis Lee Mains; many nieces and nephews; and his beloved dog, Pepper.
Visitation will be held Saturday, May 30, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Don Catchen Family Funeral Home, 3525 Dixie Highway, Erlanger, Kentucky 41018.
Funeral services will begin at 11:00 a.m., with procession and burial immediately following at Highland Cemetery, 2167 Dixie Highway, Ft. Mitchell, Kentucky 41017.
