Carol A. Sander, age 89, passed away on Sunday March 22, 2026.

She was a long-time resident of Fort Thomas, Ky. Carol was born on August 16, 1936, to the late Andrew and Gladys Noll. She grew up in Woodlawn, KY and attended St Francis DeSales and Our Lady of Providence High School. Later, she attended Northern Kentucky University for her nursing degree.

She spent her nursing career at St. Luke Hospital, Northern Kentucky Health Department, Veterans Administration and finally for Dr. Gary Seward.

She married in 1958 and is survived by her husband Ronald E. Sander, by her sons Mark Sander (Mike Zephir) and Todd Sander (Catherine), grandchildren Kristin Bain (Samuel), Kyle Sander (Margaret), Kara Sander and great grandchildren Henry and Olive Bain.

She was predeceased in death by her brothers Andrew and John (Jack) Noll.

Funeral mass will be held at Saint Thomas in Ft. Thomas, Ky on Tuesday, April 7th at 11am with a luncheon to follow at the church.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to St. Thomas School to support the education of the next generation.
