Obituary For Carol L. Exeler
Carol L. Exeler, 88, of Port Charlotte, Florida, passed away on Tuesday, October 6, 2026.
Carol was the wife of William Exeler, with whom she shared 66 years of marriage. She was the mother of Tracy Exeler (Kim) and Michael Exeler. She is also survived by her brothers, James and Tim McClaran, and several loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Carol was preceded in death by her daughter, Shelly Exeler.
Carol's generous and caring nature was evident in her service to others. She formerly volunteered in the neonatal unit at St. Elizabeth Hospital and was always willing to open her heart and home to anyone in need.
Visitation will take place on Monday, October 12, 2026, at Stith Funeral Home, 7500 US Highway 42, Florence, KY 41042, from 1:00 p.m. until the funeral service begins at 2:00 p.m. Entombment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Erlanger, Kentucky.
