Obituary For Carol Lou Baher

Carol Baher, age 85, of Walton, Kentucky, began her eternal life with Christ on May 22, 2026. Carol was born in East Canton, Ohio on May 20, 1941, the seventh of ten children.

Carol graduated from Minerva High School in 1959. After working as a secretary for several years, she met her husband John and they married in Malvern, Ohio in 1963. Soon, they became a family of four with two daughters, Julie and Jennifer.

After many years in Louisville, Ohio, they made the move to Northern Kentucky in 1988. There have been many joyous occasions over the years including the marriages of both daughters and births of three precious grandchildren, Rachael, Claire and Ryan.

Carol focused her energy on being the best wife, mother and grandmother she could be. She loved her family fiercely. She was very dedicated in her faith, and loved her Lord Jesus with all of her being. She enjoyed studying the Bible, flower gardening and had a flair for home décor and crafts. Carol also volunteered at St. Elizabeth Hospital for over 14 years.

Carol is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Mary Blanche LeBeau; her siblings, Charles LeBeau, Freda LeBeau Hudson, Donald LeBeau, Gene LeBeau, Doris LeBeau Orin, Janice LeBeau DeMate, Cathy LeBeau Ulman; and son-in-law, Mickey Patterson.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years, John Baher; her daughters, Julie Baher Patterson (Mickey) and Jennifer Griffiths (Kyle); her grandchildren, Rachael Griffiths, Claire Patterson and Ryan Griffiths; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 11:30 AM on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at Stith Funeral Home, 7500 US 42, Florence, KY 41042 with visitation beginning at 10 AM Burial will follow at the Kentucky Veteran’s Cemetery in Williamstown, KY.
