Cecilia Ann Small was born on December 4, 1971 to Thomas G. & Margaret Jackson. She passed away peacefully on Monday, September 25, 2023 surrounded by family. Cecilia is survived by her husband, Brian Small and children, Chris (Sarah) Hughes and daughter, Cassie (Tim) Pelzel. Mother, Margaret Jackson. She is also survived by her siblings, Teri (Dan) Stricker, Helen (Tom) Schwab, Patrick (Jackie) Jackson and Mark (Donna) Jackson. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Hunter and Logan. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 4th from 4:00 – 7:00 pm at Middendorf Funeral Home, 3312 Madison Pk. Ft. Wright, KY 41017. The funeral service will be Thursday, October 5th at 10:00 am at the funeral home. The family would like to say a special thank you to the Cincinnati Hospice team at both Blue Ash and North College Hill.
