Obituary For Charles Ray McEntee

Charles Ray McEntee, 84, of Erlanger, Kentucky, passed away on February 15, 2026. Born November 30, 1941, in Covington, Kentucky, Charlie lived a life defined by hard work, loyalty, and love for his family.

He was a devoted Catholic and member of St. Henry parish since moving to Erlanger in 1975. He dedicated 40 years to the United Steelworkers and proudly served as President of Local 310, earning the respect of his fellow workers through his strong and steady leadership.

Charlie shared a loving marriage with his late wife, Diana, and treasured their travels together—especially their trips to Las Vegas. In later years, he found companionship and happiness with his significant other, Patricia DeLong. He enjoyed spending Friday and Saturday evenings at local spots, sharing conversation and taking in the world around him. He also had a longtime interest in coins and the history behind them, appreciating the stories they carried.
