Obituary For Charlotte Marie Brossart

Charlotte Marie Brossart, 67, of Bellevue, Kentucky, passed away on March 15, 2026 at Cold Spring Transitional Care Center Cold Spring, KY.

Charlotte was born October 17, 1958 in Campbell County, KY to Richard Brossart and Mittie Noble Brossart.

She was preceded in death by Father, Richard F. Brossart, Mother, Mittie Brossart, Son, Larry E. Sullivan, Sister, Carol Schnitzler.

Charlotte is survived by her Daughter, Angel (Kenny) White of Bellevue, KY, Brother, Richard E. (Tina) Brossart, Grandchildren, Savannah (Michael) Masterson, Brittany (Adam) Ramsey, Cassandra (Ronnie) Bennett, Joseph Stull, Donovan (Shaianne) Stull, Destiny Russell, and Great Grandchildren, Kourtni Ramsey, Kadence Ramsey, Kendal Ramsey, Harrison Bennett, Everlynn Stull, Brentley Stull, Kai Stull, Peyton Stull, and Hailey Stull.

Visitation 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Friday, March 20, 2026 at Dobbling, Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home, Bellevue.

Memorial Service will be held 4:00 to 6:00 pm Friday, March 20, 2026, at the Dobbling, Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home, Bellevue, Kentucky, with Rev. Mike Sweeny officiating. A Wake will be held following the Memorial service at Veterans of Foreign Wars in Southgate, Kentucky (6 Electric Ave. #6, Southgate, Kentucky 41071).

Memorials are suggested to the St. Elizabeth Hospice 483 South Loop Rd. Edgewood, KY 41017.
