Obituary For Cheryl Diane Holtzworth
Cheryl Diane Holtzworth, 73, passed away on Monday, August 3, 2026, at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Edgewood, Kentucky.
Born on May 25, 1953, Cheryl was the beloved daughter of the late Alan Holtzworth Sr. and Marjorie Holtzworth (née Mullikin). She dedicated much of her life to her family as a homemaker before later serving her community as a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) agent.
Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Alan Holtzworth Jr.
She leaves behind a loving family who will cherish her memory, including her sons, Bryan (Julie) Moore and Christopher (Kate) Moore; her daughter, Andrea Moore; her beloved grandchildren, Rylan Moore, Addison Moore, Charlotte Moore, and Larissa Moore; and her cousins, Nancy Akin, Debbie Cahill and Perry Trouberman
A chapel service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, August 10, 2026, at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Erlanger, Kentucky.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, 4832 Cooper Road, #366, Blue Ash, OH 45242.
