Christie Laree Grim, 57, of Covington, KY, passed away peacefully on October 5, 2024 at St Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood, KY. She was a graduate of Western Hills High School in Frankfort, KY, and she worked at Hathaway Court Apartments for over 5 years.

It was impossible to have a conversation with Christie and not feel the love and pride she had for her daughter Sid. Her big heart always had love for a stray, especially her dog Bella. Her infectious smile and laugh lit up every room.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Sherry Grim; and her maternal grandmother, Regina Robinson.

Christie is survived by her father, Larry Grim, her daughter Sid; her aunt, Kathy Robinson; and her uncle, Benny Robinson; and her work family at Hathaway.

She also leaves behind her furry companions, Roxie and Pepper, whom she adored.

A celebration of life gathering will be Thursday, October 10, 2024 at Serenity Funeral Care, 40 West 6th Street at 1:00 pm in Covington KY.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the ASCPA.
