Obituary For Connie Jean Krebs

Connie Krebs, née Duvall, 77, passed away at home surrounded by family on September 27th 2026. Born on June 22, 1949, Connie devoted her life to caring for others and creating a loving home for the people who meant the most to her.

Connie was the daughter of the late Kenneth Duvall and Christina Dorsey. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Sharri Howard, and her brother, Steven Duvall.

Connie is survived by her beloved husband, Linville “Bud” Krebs; her daughter, Tasha Courter (Jeremy); her step children, Kyle Krebs and Kathy Krebs (Brian Mundey) and her grandchildren, Juno, Benjamin, Coral, Mace, Cara and Carissa, who brought immense joy and love into her life.

She is also survived by her siblings, Patricia Waltz, Sheila Browning, Michael Duvall (Linda), and Larry Duvall, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will cherish her memory.

For many years, Connie worked as a Registered Nurse, dedicating herself to helping and caring for her patients. Her compassion and willingness to care for others were an important part of who she was.

Outside of her work and family, Connie found happiness in the simple things she loved. She especially treasured vacations to Siesta Key, Florida, where she could relax and enjoy time away. She loved the adventure of deep sea fishing. She also adored her two beloved white Pekingese dogs, both passed, Toby and Andy, who were cherished members of her family.

Above all, Connie was a mother, wife, grandmother, sister, and friend. Her love for her family, her caring heart, and the memories she created with those around her will live on in the people who knew and loved her.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by her family and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

A visitation will be held on Friday October 2nd between 2:00PM and 5:00PM at Middendorf funeral home in Fort Wright, Kentucky.
