Danny Dale Turner, 86, of Burlington, KY passed away April 7, 2026, in Edgewood, KY. He was born May 23, 1939, to Liza and Estill Turner in Burlington, Ky.

Danny was a brick layer by trade as well as a farmer. He worked for several local contractors until he decided to co-own his own dairy farm with his brother Paul. In 1977 the brothers shut down the dairy farm, but Danny continued with raising tobacco and hay.

Danny retired at the age of 62 at and spent time fishing and hunting on his farm in Burlington. Danny took great pride in his grandchildren. He was always there to put Matthew and Dylan on the bus in the morning and to meet them in the afternoon when school was over. He would spend time at the local general store with all the other retirees. He was known for his willingness to help any of his neighbors and friends. He was always willing to do any project his wife or girls wanted done if all the supplies were there when he decided it was time to work on it.

Danny is survived by his wife of almost 62 years Betty (Geyer) Turner; daughters Martha (Ron) Kelley and Denise (Victor) Robinson; grandsons Kevin Robinson, Matthew Julian, Jordan Kelley, & Dylan Hall; along with nieces and nephews.

Danny was preceded in death by his parents, Liza & Estill Turner; brothers John Henry Malicoat, and Paul Turner; sister Anna Harris; his daughter Elizabeth Hall and grandson Micah Hall.

Visitation will be Wednesday, April 15th at Beechgrove Holiness Church in Burlington from 11 am till 1 pm. Service to follow at 1. Burial will be at Beechgrove Cemetery.
