Obituary For David Wayne Lillard
David "Dave" Wayne Lillard, 51, of Covington, KY, passed away on Monday, July 13, 2026.
He was an arborist and skilled tree climber. Dave had a passion for anything outdoors, motorcycles and fixing engines. He was a big hearted and caring person always trying to help others.
He was preceded in death by his daughter Lydia Lillard.
He is survived by his daughters: Lindsey Lillard, Olivia Lillard, and Tori Hensley; father: Dennis Lillard; mother: Shirley Volphenhein; grandchildren: Mia Figueroa, Joaquin Godinez, and Indica Horne; siblings: Lisa (Mike) Freeman, and Chad Lillard and 6 step siblings; as well as many other relatives and friends.
A memorial gathering will take place on Friday, July 24, 2026 from 1:00PM until 3:00PM at Connley Brothers Funeral Home, 11 East Southern Avenue, Covington (Latonia), KY 41015.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to Connley Brothers Funeral Home to help offset expenses.
