Deborah "Debbie" Ann Vickers, 68, of Ludlow, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 22, 2026, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Florence, Kentucky. Born on August 18, 1957, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Debbie lived a life marked by kindness, warmth, and a deep devotion to her family.

Her personality could be described as kind and welcoming, reflecting a spirit that embraced those around her with open arms. She was also known for her fiery side. Beyond her professional life, Debbie found joy in simple pleasures. She loved playing bingo, admiring the delicate beauty of butterflies, and collecting angels, each of which embodied her gentle and warm nature. During her younger years, she enjoyed going out with her friends and having fun.
Debbie was especially fond of spending time with her family, a sentiment that shone through in the way she cherished moments with her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Paul Vickers, Sr., of Burlington; her daughter, Danielle Webb (boyfriend Kyle Newman) of Burlington; and her son, P.J. (wife Shawna) Vickers of Hebron; her grandchildren, Ryan (wife Kiara) Vickers, Zach Vickers, Lily Webb, Preston Vickers, Ethan Webb, and Violet Mallory, as well as her great-grandchildren, Aubrynn and Aysleigh Vickers. Debbie also leaves behind her sisters, Donna Ripberger (niece Brittany Bonert) of Cheviot, Ohio, and Cindy Collins Dowdy (nephew Nick Wagner) of Gastonia, North Carolina; nephew Tommy; and nieces Dawn and Trecia.
