Obituary For Deborah Hubbard

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Deborah Hubbard, age 67, who left this world peacefully on November 22, 2025. She was surrounded by the love of her family, who will forever cherish her memory.
Deborah was born on February 18, 1958, in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico, to Joaquin Garcia and Norma Vega, who instilled in her the values of love, kindness, faith, and hard work that shaped her life. She grew up alongside her beloved siblings—Tito, Jack, and Sara—forming bonds that remained strong throughout the years.
A loving mother to her six children—Lissie, Jason, Tiger, Justin, Jaime, and Jasmin—Deborah’s greatest joy came from her family. She was a proud grandmother to 21 grandchildren and great-grandmother to 10, and she treasured each of them deeply. She was preceded in death by her mother, Norma Vega; her brother, Jack Garcia; and her son, Jason Hubbard.
Throughout her life, Deborah was known for her faith, humor, strength, and generosity. She found joy in her church community, in cooking for those she loved, and in spending time with her grandchildren. She touched countless lives with her kindness, her open arms, and her unwavering positive outlook.
Her faith was the anchor of her life, and she was a devoted member of Seven Hills Church in Florence, KY.
There will be a graveside service on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 at 1pm at Alexandria Cemetery. Cooper Funeral Home is serving the family.
