Dena Lynn Voegele, age 67 of Hebron, Kentucky passed away on October 12, 2023. Dena was born in Covington, KY on August 27, 1956 to General E Jackson Jr. and Ruth Sturdivant Jackson. She retired from the Boone County Cooperative Extension Service and in her spare time enjoyed being a seamstress and quilting. Dena loved her family immensely, but especially her grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her Brother Dewayne Jackson. Dena is survived by her Husband of 47 years James “Jim” Voegele, Daughter Tessa Smith (Adam), Grandchildren Madison Smith and Alexis Smith, Sisters Betty Spencer (Gene), Judy Beasley (Ed), and Kimberly Jackson, and many Nieces, Nephews, Friends, and Cousins. Visitation will be from 5 – 7 PM with the Funeral Service to follow at 7 PM on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at Stith Funeral Home, 7500 US 42, Florence, KY 41042.
