Obituary For Dennis Inyart
It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Dennis Victor Inyart, who left this world on October 17, 2025, at the age of 82 surrounded by his loving family.
Denny, born on August 10, 1943 to the late Wilma Inyart, grew up in Latonia and later made his home in Taylor Mill and Union, KY.
Throughout his career at Commonwealth Insurance, he consistently demonstrated that his work extended beyond standard business transactions. Several clients eventually became lifelong friends. People trusted Denny not only because he was honest and hardworking but because he had a way of making everyone feel like family.
From the moment Denny met his best friend and love of his life, Carol Akins Inyart, they became inseparable. They married on April 3, 1965 and spent the next sixty years building a beautiful life together, one filled with laughter, adventure and deep, unwavering love. He was the proud father of sons, David (Leslee) Inyart and Daryl Inyart, and later found immense joy in his grandchildren Brooke Inyart and Dylan Inyart. He was a loving brother to Linda Biddle and cherished his relationships with several nieces and nephews. He always treasured the memories of his mother, Wilma, and granddaughter, Grace Inyart, who both preceded him in passing.
Denny was a man who truly knew how to live. Whether it was hunting, fishing or laughing around the table at Perry Park or his beloved cabin at Cave Run Lake. He filled every moment with warmth, wit, and a story to tell. If you ever spent an afternoon with him, you probably walked away with a belly laugh, a bit of advice and maybe a lesson or two you didn’t even know you needed.
To know Denny was to know loyalty, laughter and love. He was the kind of husband, father, grandfather and friend you could always count on; who showed up when you needed help, who listened when you needed to talk, who could make you laugh even when you didn’t want to and who always had a story to tell or a hand to lend. His humor was sharp, his stories were unforgettable and his heart was steady and kind. He taught by example, showing those around him the value of hard work, generosity and enjoying the simple things in life. His legacy lives on in the countless lives he touched and in the family who loved him more than words can express. Heaven gained one of the best and it’s surely a lot more fun today because of him.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Denny’s life, share a story, a laugh, and a memory of the man who made life a little brighter for all of us. Services will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2025. Visitation will be from 8:30 AM until 10:30 AM at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, 8461 Dixie Hwy, Florence, KY 41042. Funeral service will begin at 10:30 AM. Following the funeral, Denny will be laid to rest at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, 5336 Old Taylor Mill Rd, Covington, KY 41015.
