Derotha “Doedoe” E. Stephens, 69, of Petersburg, KY, passed away on Sunday, October 15, 2023. Born on October 13, 1954, Doedoe was the daughter of the late Dee and Betty Fields. She enjoyed being out in the sun and having a good time. Doedoe will always be remembered for being a kind and generous person. She loved nothing more than spending time with her family and grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Doedoe was preceded in death by her brother: Roscoe Wright; sister: Doris Keene and grandson: Austin Slusher. Doedoe is survived by her sons: Scott (Shannon) Slusher and David (Shavon) Wilson; daughters: Karen (Daniel) Slusher, Crystal (Robbie) Slusher and Mary (Tyler) Lilly; brothers: Bill Stuck and Gary Stuck; stepbrother: Clifford Wright; sisters: Libby Martin and Kim Willen; step-sister: Alice wright; 14 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
