Obituary For Donald Perry Miuccio
Donald ‘Perry’ Miuccio, age 65, went home to be with the LORD on Friday September 11, 2026 after a hard fought battle with Interstitial Lung Disease. He was born in Chicago, Illinois on October 4, 1960 to the late Jimmie and Miriam (Sulkko) Miuccio.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Lori (Parker) Miuccio; children: Brittany (Jonnie) Raber, Brandon (Jamie) Miuccio, and Eric Miuccio; grandchildren: Jazlynne, Gianna, Lucia, Macklin, Lillian, Beau, Lincoln, and Blakely; siblings: Marlene Adkanian, Laurene ‘Gigi’ Cox; and many nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by older brothers Jim Miuccio and Ron Miuccio.
He grew up in the Chicagoland area where he met and married Lori, the love of his life, in July 1984. He led and raised his family to follow Jesus Christ, in Oak Forest, IL and then later moved to the country in Stillman Valley, IL. After 30 plus years in the steel industry in July 2017 the LORD led them to Northern Kentucky where he worked and served the LORD at the Ark Encounter for 5 years managing the transportation department with his wife. He was a very hardworking man, enjoyed many things such as: traveling with his family, working on cars, home projects around the house, a hobby farm, a good Italian meal, and dont forget cannolis or pumpkin dessert of any kind!
He will be greatly missed by all that knew him, but not forgotten.
A memorial service will be hosted by the family at Grace Fellowship Church (9379 Gunpowder Road, Florence, KY 41042) on Sunday, September 20th starting at 3 pm for a time of fellowship, with a brief service to follow at 5 pm. Family, and friends of the family, are invited to attend to celebrate his life.
Please note there will be no viewing as he wished to be cremated.
The family asks that flower be delivered to the church for the Celebration of Life.
