Donna Lee Schuster, 92, of Florence, KY, passed away on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at Hospice of Hope in Maysville, Kentucky.

Born on January 24, 1934, she was the daughter of the late James and Mary Mullins. Donna was married to the love of her life, Joseph Schuster, for 65 years before his passing in 2017.

Donna was a devoted homemaker who found her greatest joy in spending time with her family, especially in her cherished role as “Mamaw.” She had a deep love for flowers and took great pride in caring for them. Known affectionately as “the queen” by her great-grandchildren and as “the princess of Erlanger” by her nurses at Hospice of Hope who became very dear to her heart. Donna had a way of doing things that was uniquely hers.

She also treasured time spent with her high school friends, especially enjoying meals and laughter together over the years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Schuster.

Donna is survived by her children: Nancy (Scott) Hogsett, Jeffrey (Mary Ann) Schuster and Eric Schuster; grandchildren: Brett Hogsett, Craig (Becca) Schuster, Everett (Savannah) Schuster, Maria (Anthony) Loechel, Clayton Schuster and Adam (Whitney) Dunlop; great-grandchildren: Kipton Hogsett, Kalli Schuster, John Schuster, Mason Schuster, Jude Schuster, Heidi Loechel, Kailey (Nate) Fletcher, Adrianna Dunlop and Jacob Dunlop; great-great-grandchildren, Lucas Fletcher and Jordyn Fletcher.

A committal service will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2026, 11:00 AM at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North in Williamstown, KY.
