Donna S. LaEace, 75 died peacefully at her Bellevue home, March 6, 2026, surrounded by her family and friends.

Donna was born July 7, 1950 in Covington, KY a daughter of George and Rita LaEace who preceded her death along with her brother Tom LaEace and his wife Cheryl.

Donna was an exceptional pediatric and general practice nurse working for both Booth Memorial Hospital and St Luke's for over 25 years. She brought a spirit of comfort, joy and humor into her nursing practice, and always went over and above to help co-workers and her patients.

Donna was active in her church and community. She was a life-long parishioner of Sacred Heart Church/ Divine Mercy Parish, volunteering whenever needed and singing in the choir. She tended to friends, relatives, and neighbors who were ill with a caring heart, and supported them and local events with homemade cookies, German potato salad, soups, and cheese balls. She rallied people to pray with her for various intentions, and was generous and uncomplaining, even when suffering with her own infirmities.

Donna is survived by her brother, Robert (Judy) LaEace, Indianapolis, Indiana, sister, Mary Jo LaEace, Bellevue, KY, three nieces, Kristen LaEace, Indianapolis, Julie LaEace (Paul Schmidt), Chicago, Illinois, and Sharon LaEace (Dan) Mills, Clinton, Illinois and four great nieces, Anna (Riley Greer), Erica, Sarah, and Leah Mills.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, April 18th, 2026 at 10:30 AM at Sacred Heart/Divine Mercy, Bellevue, KY. with visitation at 9:30 AM at church prior to Mass. Burial will follow at St. Stephen Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Donna's name to Divine Mercy Parish's Handicap Accessibility Fund, 318 Division Street, Bellevue, KY 41073.
