Obituary For Donna Theresa Smith
Donna Theresa Smith, 66, of Burlington, died Thursday, July 2, 2026, at home surrounded by her loving family. Donna was born April 23, 1960, in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Lonnie Edwards and Helen Kench Edwards.
She is survived by her son, William John Smith (Tisheena); one brother, Vance Edwards, her grandchildren, Adam Smith, McKenzie Smith, Isabella Smith, Lukas Tackett and Kloey Tackett. She also has one great-grandchild, Marcellus Tackett.
She was preceded in death by a son, Christopher Smith in 2017.
Funeral services will be held 1PM Friday, July 10, 2026, at the Chapel of the Forest Lawn Mausoleum in Erlanger at 1 PM. There will be a visitation Friday from 11-1 PM. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Floral Hills Funeral Home is honored to serve the Smith family.
