Obituaries

We are sad to announce the passing of Elizabeth “Beth” Ann Jones of Florence, KY. She died at age 79 on November 19, 2023. She owned and operated a successful real estate firm in Northern Kentucky for many decades. Dancing was a life-long passion for Beth, which included, in her younger years, teaching children’s tap and ballet and line dancing in her golden years.

She is survived by her husband of 31 years, James Phillip “Phil” Jones; brother in-law Larry Jones of Florida; sister in-law Barbara Dixon of New Zealand; daughter Tracy Codell (Steven) of Kentucky; son Matthew Ice (Heather) of Ohio; two grandchildren, Benjamin and Carter (Caity); and one great-granddaughter on the way.

Visitation will be from 10 AM – 12 PM with the Memorial Service to follow at 12 PM on Saturday, December 16, 2023 at Stith Funeral Home, 7500 US 42, Florence, KY 41042.
