Eula V. Downey formerly of Taylor Mill, Kentucky passed away on 7/21/2023. Eula was born on 10/22/1937 to Robert and Effie Mills of Bailey ‘s Switch, Kentucky. Eula’s husband Jim Downey preceded her in death. Eula leaves behind a son, daughter, grandchildren, and numerous other family members. Graveside burial services were held on Saturday 7/29/2023 at Floral Hills Cemetery.
