Obituary For Fred Carl Young
Fred Carl Young, 70, of Highland Heights, Kentucky passed away with his family by his side on March 30, 2026. He was the son of Louise Young.
Fred was devoted to his family; he was married to his loving wife Beverly for 48 years. He worked in the Blacktopping business his whole life. In his free time, he had always enjoyed hanging out with his friends and family especially with his cousin Casey Boswell at Barbz’s and other local hangouts. They also enjoyed spending time at the Casinos.
He was preceded in death by his mother Louise Young, and his brother Larry Young.
He is survived by his wife Beverly Young, and daughter Veronica “Ronni” (Tony) Smith, a grandson Anthony Fred Smith and nephews Danny Hunt and Nicholas Hunt.
A visitation will be held at Cooper Funeral Home in Alexandria, KY on Saturday April 4, 2026 from 2:00-8:00pm, the service will begin at 8pm. Burial will be private for the family.
