Obituaries

Harold Brumley, 84, of Florence, Kentucky, went to be with the Lord on September 13, 2025. Harold was born on March 13, 1941, in Manchester, Kentucky. He is preceded in death by his parents, Harlan and Roberta (Hensley) Brumley. Three brothers, Herbert, Herman, Melvin, and his sister, Ruth (Brumley) Hignite. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Carol (Eikens), sons, David (Emily), Kevin (Kelly), and his three granddaughters, Emma Kate, Josie, and Elle Brumley, and step-grandchildren, Maddie, Mia, and Will Soard. He also leaves behind his sister-in-law, Patricia Grooms, brother-in-law, John (Corrie) Miller, nieces and nephews, and family friends.

Harold loved watching sports, cheering on the Bengals, and spending time playing cards and games with family and friends. He also had a lifelong interest in classic cars. Harold also enjoyed woodworking, making cornhole boards and bookcases, but his greatest joy was making each of his granddaughters a toy box. Most importantly, Harold accepted the Lord later in life and found peace in his faith, which gives his family great comfort today.

Friends and family will gather on Friday, September 19, 2025, at Stith Funeral Home, 7500 US Hwy 42, Florence, Kentucky 41042, for a visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 p.m. Burial will immediately follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Erlanger, Kentucky.
