Obituary For Henry Feldman

Henry ”Hank” Feldman, 90, of Newport, passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2026 at his home.

Hank was in sales and service for Burrows Equipment for many years, then finished up his career as a Campbell County deputy sheriff and Court bailiff for 21 years. He was a Kentucky Colonel.

Hank was a wonderful man. He was hard working, determined, stubborn at times, but most of all, family oriented, loving and caring. The memories of fishing trips, 4th of July parties with fireworks (his favorite), setting up his fabulous Christmas decorations every year covering every inch of his yard, and family vacations will be forever held on our hearts.

Hank was an avid UK fan and attended many games at Rupp Arena with his son-in-law wearing his UK attire.

He was the son of the late Henry and Alice (Brusehaber) Feldman.

He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Mary Ann (Kushniroff) Feldman; daughters, Elizabeth “Buffy” Blevins and Candice (Jeff) Jones; grandchildren, Hannah (Seth) Connolly, Madeline (David) Combs and Alex Jones; great-granddaughter, Delta Combs; his beloved dog, Fluffy; several cousins and numerous friends.

Visitation 10 am to 12 noon on Friday, May 22 at Holy Spirit Church, 825 Washington Ave., Newport with Mass following at 12 noon. Burial in St. Stephen Cemetery at the convenience of the family at a later date. The suggested attire be red, white or blue to honor Hank and his love for the 4th of July.

Memorials are suggested to the Holy Spirit Church Outreach Program, 840 Washington Ave., Newport, KY 41071. Online condolences to dmefuneral.com.
