Jacqueline Sue “Jackie” Tombragel, 72 years of age, of Florence, Kentucky entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, August 1, 2023. Jackie was born in Highland Heights, Kentucky to the late Thelma and Roy Hiser. She was a graduate of Highlands Highschool. Jackie went on to work for the Boone County School District for over 30 years. That’s where she enjoyed working in the front office at Ockerman Elementary School. She loved baking, board games, laughing, entertaining and taking walks, but most of all Jackie loved spending time with her family and grandchildren. Jackie leaves behind her loving husband of 50 years, Daniel W. Tombragel; daughter, Jennifer Dittus (Chris); sons, Jason Tombragel (Heather) and D.J. Tombragel (Lindsay); grandchildren, Luke, Ava (Jennifer), Andrew, Alaina (Jason); brother, Roy Hiser (Virginia), Mary Dierig and Nancy Shepherd. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews and dear friends. Friends and family will gather at STITH FUNERAL HOME, 7500 US HWY 42, FLORENCE, KY 41042 on Saturday, August 5, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow at 12:00 p.m. at Saint Paul, 7301 Dixie Hwy, Florence, KY 41042. Memorial donations are suggested to the St. Elizabeth Foundation (Hospice), 1 Medical Village Drive, Edgewood, Kentucky 41017.
