Obituary For James Nelson Deaton
James “Skeet” Nelson Deaton, 47, of Morning View, KY, passed away on Saturday, January 20, 2024. Born in Covington, KY, on July 8, 1976, he was the son of Kay and the late James Deaton. James loved his 4 dogs and going deer hunting. He will be remembered for his kindness and willingness to do for others. James would always be there to help at a moment’s notice. In addition to his mother, James is survived by his beloved wife: Kelly Utz; daughter: Kaylee Deaton; grandmother: Willena Deaton and sister: Georgina Campbell. A Celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2024, from 1:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. at Morning View United Methodist Church, 4006 Rich Road, Morning View, KY 41063 .
