Jean Elizabeth Zint, age 83, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 2nd, 2026, at Highlandspring of Fort Thomas Nursing Home. The daughter of the late John and Ola {Day} Morris, Jean was born on September 11, 1942, in Jonesville, VA.

Just eight months ago, Jean proudly accepted Jesus into her heart, finding comfort and strength in her faith. She enjoyed life’s simple pleasures, especially family cookouts and gatherings where she could spend time with loved ones. She also loved bowling and going shopping.

She will be deeply missed by her daughters, Beverly (George) Moore and Barbara (Robert) Mobley; her sisters, Sylvia Gibson, Mae Quitter, Maggie Hyde, Ella Wilson, Pearl Stockton, and Leova Gish; her brothers, Jerry Morris and Golden Morris; her grandchildren, William Smith, Vallen Huffman, and Thomas Fox; her great-grandchildren, Kansas, Kaicer, Thomas Jr., Maci, Weston, Jeffrey, Ila, Vera, Kason, and Kailam; and her sister-in-law and close friend, Betty Graham.

In addition to her parents, Jean was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas N. Zint; her sisters, Ann Schnitzsler and Linda Winterman; and her brothers, John Morris and Walter Morris.

A private family gathering will be held at St. John’s Cemetery in Fort Mitchell, KY, where Jean will be inurned.
