Obituary For Jean M. Kuhn
Jean Mary Kuhn, 98, of Alexandria, passed away on March 5, 2026. Jean was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to Willard and Helen Balzhiser on May 14, 1927.
Jean was a member of St. Therese Parish and later became a member of St. Joseph Parish, St. Joseph Seniors, and was an active Bridge Player. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Kuhn, father, Willard Balzhiser, mother, Helen (nee: Wormald) Balzhiser, sister, Sue Stickling.
Jean is survived by her daughter, Deborah (Ken) Urlage, son, Gregory (Cyndi) Kuhn, Grandchildren, Stephanie (Eddie) Winkler, Laurie (Bob) Gusky, Kenny (Carla Weber) Urlage, Brian (Erin) Kuhn, Kyle (Abbey) Kuhn, Scott (Amanda) Kuhn, and 13 Great-Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held 10:00 am to 11:00 am, Saturday, March 28, 2026 at St. Therese Church, Southgate. Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00 am. Burial will take place in the St. Stephen Cemetery.
Memorials are suggested to the St. Jude Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN.
