Obituaries

Jeanne Lynn Moody, 64, of Florence, KY, passed away Thursday, September 11, 2025, at Saint Elizabeth Medical Center in Edgewood, KY. She enjoyed gardening, caring for her dog Daisy, and spending time with friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen Moody; her brother, Paul Rose; and her mother, Arlynn Rose.

Jeanne is survived by her father, Lawrence Rose; her sister, Kristen (Christian) Meadows; her son, Adam (Sharon) Giannelli; her daughter, Katelynn Williams; her grandson, Lucas Giannelli; and her nieces, Elliott Seiter, Mila Meadows, and Birdie Meadows.

She also leaves behind close friends Penny Barnett and Fran Reed.

A gathering will be held Friday, October 3, from 12–1 p.m. at 822 York Street, Newport, KY 41071. Friends and family are invited to share memories and celebrate Jeanne’s life during the gathering.
