Obituary For Jeffrey Joseph Boone
Joseph Jeffrey (Jeff) Boone 73 of Taylor Mill, KY joined his wife in death Friday September 5, 2025 at home.
He was born August 23, 1952 in Covington, KY. The son of late Joseph Nicholas Boone and Mary Louise Bender Boone. He graduated from Holy Cross in 1970 and went on to study at Thomas Moore. He worked as an autobody repairman,
ultimately retiring from Jeff Wyler Honda.
Everyone knew him as a car guy. The mustang was his favorite. His hobbies included listening to music, visiting Rabbit Hash, and sitting by the fire with his wife Melanie.
He was preceded in death by his wife Melanie Mary Schroder Boone on April 18, 2022, brother Mike Boone, and live in nephew Timothy Boone. Survived by his children Nichole Boone, Jackie Boone, and Joseph Jeffrey Boone II. Two brothers Nick (Donna) Boone, Howard Boone and, sister Carolyn Huffman (late Dennis).
Visitation will be 5-7pm Wednesday September 10, 2025 followed by funeral services at 7pm. Both at Floral Hills Funeral Home, Chapel A. Burial will be 10am Friday September 12, 2025 at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
