Obituary For Jeffrey Scott Kemper
Jeffrey Scott Kemper, 64, of Taylor Mill, passed away peacefully on February 2, 2026, at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. He was born on December 15, 1961, in Fort Thomas, Kentucky, to the late Harry and Juanita Kemper.
Jeff was a graduate of Highlands High School and dedicated many years of service as a houseman with Embassy Suites Covington. He enjoyed visiting with neighbors, listening to music, reading, and watching sports.
Jeff was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, David A. Kemper; and his sisters Connie Trauth and Catherine Termuhlen. He is survived by his wife, Della Kemper; his sisters, Laura Ullman and Jennifer Combs; his brother-in-laws Jim and Matthew Harris; his sister-in-law Juanita Schwed; and many cherished nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind his beloved dog, MIllie, who was a constant source of companionship and joy.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, February 6, 2026, at Dobbling, Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home, 241 Fairfield Avenue, Bellevue, KY. A funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at East Dayton Baptist Church in Dayton, Kentucky. Burial will follow at St. Stephen Cemetery in Fort Thomas, Kentucky.
