Jerry Moose, age 86 of Alexandria, Kentucky, passed away on December 2nd, 2025.
Jerry was a devoted husband, loving father and proud grandfather whose presence will be deeply missed by all that knew him.
Jerry is survived by his beloved wife Garnetta, his children Mike Moose and Jerrilynn Laswell, and son in law Tom Laswell. He was a cherished grandfather to Kristopher Torline, Ashley Katt and Kyle Torline. A very proud great grandpa to Emma Torline, Owen Torline, Avery Katt and Aurora Katt, whom he adored deeply.
A man who felt at home in the fresh air, Jerry loved the outdoors and spent countless hours enjoying nature.
Jerry was avid Gun collector; a hobby he took great pride in throughout his life.
Those who knew him will remember his quiet strength, steady presence and simple joys he valued the most. Jerry leaves behind a legacy of love, family and memories that will be forever treasured.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday December 9th, 2025, at Cooper Funeral Home from
10am -12 noon. The service will begin at 12 noon, and the burial will be held at a later date at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery in Williamstown, Kentucky. Cooper Funeral Home is honored to be serving the Moose Family.
