Obituary For Jerry Tyler Johnson
Jerry Tyler Johnson, 74, passed away on April 15, 2026 at at St. Elizabeth in Edgewood, KY. Jerry was born on September 12, 1951 in Cincinnati, OH to parents Charles and Shirley (Howard) Johnson.
Jerry attended Highlands High School where he played football. He was a veteran of United States Army in the 101st Airborne. He was a shipping lead for Serta Mattress. Jerry loved hanging out with his "buddy" Abraham, the bull Mastiff, and he also enjoyed gardening, nature and wildlife.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Jerry is survived by his wife, Terri Johnson; daughters; Carrie Johnson & Mia Johnson, son; Bryce Johnson; granchildren; Cammie Sibrel Gibson, Corrie Sibrel, Cade Johnsonn and Kyiah J. Jackson. Also 5 great grandchildren.
A Memorial Visitation will be held on Friday April 24, 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00pm with service beginning at 7PM with Rev. Mike Sweeney officiating at Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home, 427 South Fort Thomas Ave. Fort Thomas, Ky, 41075.
